What we collect
Your name, job title, business email, and the company details you submit (company name, website, industry, business category, geographic scope), plus technical data needed for security such as hashed IP addresses used for rate limiting.
How we use it
To research the brand you enter, run the AI assessment, and — if you request a consultation — follow up with you. Brand names, positioning and AI responses are stored with each assessment; contact details only when you submit the consultation form. We do not sell personal data.
Access and security
Results are only visible to you after email verification and to authorized KVD staff. Data is stored with access controls that prevent other users from viewing it.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data, or withdraw marketing consent, by contacting KVD via kvd.one.
